when will my order arrive?
once dispatched, your order will take between 3 and 14 days to arrive, depending on your location

what do i do if my order hasn't arrived?!
firstly, don't panic! if you're based internationally, your order may take up to 14 days to reach you. if your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of being dispatched please contact me and i will provide a solution.
